The Secret Sitting sells seats at live events. We do not ship physical goods.
How your seat is delivered
- Your seat is confirmed straight after payment succeeds, and it shows as Confirmed in your portal, along with your entry pass code.
- The venue and entry details of the sitting appear in your portal when we release them. This is usually before the sitting, and the timing is shown in the portal.
- You attend the sitting in person at the time and place shown in your portal.
Didn't receive it?
If your seat doesn't show as confirmed within an hour of paying, email [contact email] or see the contact page.
